Position Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Human Nutrition, Kinesiology, and Statistics
• Provide bibliographic and library instruction and collection development for assigned subject areas
• Provide consultation and specialized reference assistance of the library's information resources in person, on the phone, and virtually

What I can do as your liaison...

• Develop and present library instruction specifically tailored to your subject area or assignments.
• Assist in locating materials to support classroom instruction.
• Create subject specific web pages and bibliographies.
• Be a friendly, familiar face in the library.
• Consult with you about in-depth research.
• Buy material for your teaching and research areas and let you know about library materials received in those areas.
• Meet with you individually to explore your students’ needs and your special interests and needs for library services and materials.
• Help meet Student Learning Outcomes, particularly Information Literacy.
